Ingredients
Anchor Protein+ Passionfruit Cheesecakes
6 digestive biscuits
2 x 180 gram pots of Anchor Protein+ Passionfruit Yoghurt
50 grams Anchor Cream Cheese (at room temperature) pulp of 1 passionfruit
Method
1. Crush 4 digestive biscuits in a resealable bag. Evenly distribute the crushed biscuits between two glasses so they cover the bottom of each glass.
2. Mix the Anchor Protein+ Passionfruit Yoghurts and cream cheese in a bowl. Divide the mixture between the two glasses. Place in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes to set.
3. When ready to serve, crush the remaining digestive biscuits and sprinkle over the top of each cheesecake. Drizzle over the passionfruit pulp for a final flourish.
